Reply to every Google review — without promising refunds or admitting fault.
Paste a review, get a warm, specific-but-safe reply in seconds. Every draft is checked so it never promises refunds, discounts or timelines, never admits liability, never names your technicians, and invites unhappy customers to talk offline. You approve before anything is posted.
Free during beta, no card needed. Planned pricing after beta: $39 per location / $99 agency (per month); we will give notice before anything is charged. Nothing is posted without your approval.
“Mike the technician was polite, wore shoe covers, explained everything and cleaned up after himself. Would use again.”
What a great note to read, thank you for taking the time! Our team takes real pride in being professional and easy to deal with, and we will make sure the whole crew sees it. — The team at [Your Company]
Every draft is checked by automated rules and then approved by you before anything is posted.
Your reviews are your storefront. Replies are the part nobody has time for.
- You’re on a roof or under a sink — replies pile up, and complaints sit in public with no answer.
- A rushed reply to an angry customer (“we’ll refund you”, “that was our tech’s mistake”) can cost real money or become evidence.
- General-purpose AI is eager to please: it will promise discounts and same-day visits you never approved.
What you get
No accidental promises
Drafts are rejected if they offer refunds, discounts, warranties or timelines (“we’ll be out today”), or commit you to any remedy in public.
No liability admissions
“Our fault”, “we should have”, “sorry for the damage” and similar phrases are blocked by a deterministic checker — not just asked of the AI.
Never names your techs
Even if a customer thanks (or blames) someone by name, the reply says “our crew”. Nothing about staff goes public that you didn’t choose.
Takes unhappy customers offline
Low-star replies are calm and brief, with your office number, and never argue, blame or restate the complaint.
Warm thanks that don’t sound robotic
Rotating, approved phrasings per rating band so five reviews in a row don’t get the same reply.
Approve from your phone
A private email link lets you edit and approve between jobs, then copy the reply to Google. SMS/WhatsApp delivery is coming soon.
Questions
Will it ever promise a refund or a same-day visit?
No. Those phrases are on a block list enforced by code after the AI writes the draft. A draft that contains them is regenerated or handed back to you to write. Still: you approve everything, and the checker can miss things.
Does this replace legal advice?
No. It reduces common mistakes but is not legal advice, and it can’t know your contracts, warranties or local rules. Serious complaints (damage, injury, legal threats) should be handled by a person and, where needed, your insurer or lawyer.
Does Gladhear post to Google for me?
Not by default. You approve a draft, then copy it to Google yourself. Direct posting through the Google Business Profile API is built but off until Google approves API access.
Can I approve by SMS or WhatsApp?
Coming soon. Today you approve replies in your dashboard; SMS and WhatsApp will follow once sender registration is done.
